Contact us

Email support@fitbitedesk.app and include the screen you were on and what you expected to happen. We usually reply within two working days.

I forgot my password

On the sign-in screen, choose “Forgot password” and enter your email. The link we send opens a page where you can set a new password. If it does not arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder and confirm the email address you signed up with.

Installing FitBite Desk on my phone

  • iPhone or iPad: open the site in Safari, tap Share, then Add to Home Screen.
  • Android: open the site in Chrome, tap the menu, then Install app or Add to Home screen.
  • Desktop: look for the install icon in the address bar.
  • Once installed it opens full screen, and the interface still loads when your connection drops.

My grocery list or prep steps look out of date

Those lists are built from your weekly plan. If you change a meal afterwards, the screen shows a “your plan changed” note with a refresh button — tap it to rebuild the list. Items you added by hand are kept.

Nothing saved while I was offline

When you are offline the app tells you clearly at the top of the screen. You can keep reading your plan, but ticks and edits need a connection to be saved. Reconnect and make the change again.

Delete my account and data

Email us from the address on your account with the subject “Delete my account”. We remove your profile, plans, bowls, checklists and packing history. This cannot be undone.

Health questions

We cannot answer questions about your medical condition, medication or a personalised diet. Please speak to a qualified healthcare professional.

About health information here

FitBite Desk helps you plan, prepare and pack homemade meals. It is a habit and organisation tool, not a medical one.

  • It does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment or personalised medical advice.
  • It does not treat, manage or cure diabetes, blood pressure, cholesterol or any other health condition.
  • Labels such as “sugar mindful”, “BP mindful” and “cholesterol conscious” are simple food preferences you choose — never clinical guidance.
  • Portion cues are everyday visual guides, not calculated nutritional or dietary prescriptions.

Always speak to a doctor, dietitian or other qualified healthcare professional about your own health, medication and dietary needs.
