Terms of use

Plain terms for a simple tool: FitBite Desk helps you organise homemade office meals.

What FitBite Desk is

FitBite Desk is a meal planning and preparation assistant for work days. It suggests office-friendly meals, helps you build your own desk bowls, and turns your plan into grocery, evening prep and morning pack checklists.

What FitBite Desk is not

It is not a medical service, a diet programme, a weight-loss programme or a food delivery marketplace. Nothing here should be treated as clinical guidance.

About health information here

FitBite Desk helps you plan, prepare and pack homemade meals. It is a habit and organisation tool, not a medical one.

  • It does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment or personalised medical advice.
  • It does not treat, manage or cure diabetes, blood pressure, cholesterol or any other health condition.
  • Labels such as “sugar mindful”, “BP mindful” and “cholesterol conscious” are simple food preferences you choose — never clinical guidance.
  • Portion cues are everyday visual guides, not calculated nutritional or dietary prescriptions.

Always speak to a doctor, dietitian or other qualified healthcare professional about your own health, medication and dietary needs.

Your account

  • You need an account to save plans, and you are responsible for keeping your sign-in details private.
  • Please use an email address you can actually access, so password resets reach you.
  • You may stop using the service and request deletion of your data at any time.

Food safety is yours to judge

Preparation times, portion cues and carry-friendliness notes are general guidance. You are responsible for safe food handling, refrigeration, allergen checks and deciding whether a meal is suitable for you. If a meal has been out of the fridge too long or does not smell right, do not eat it.

Availability

We aim to keep FitBite Desk available and your data intact, but the service is provided as is, without warranties. Features may change as the product develops.

Acceptable use

  • Do not attempt to access another person's account or data.
  • Do not probe, scrape or overload the service.
  • Do not use FitBite Desk to give anyone medical advice.
